Linen Reject / Return Form

Conditions of Returns:

  1. Linenmaster will only accept weekly returns on this order form. We will not accept returns completed on this form Daily.
  2. Linenmaster will process the returns to your account at the end of the month, unless you have arranged replacement product with the Linen Customer Service Supervisor.
  3. Yellow Return Bags must have a copy of the Returns Sheet attached, that is emailed to your address that is sent to you after you complete this form.
  4. Linenmaster will only process returns for credit through this Return Form.
